Tickets can be booked using our simple online booking system.

Class Times & Locations:

Mondays – The Tabor Centre, Brynmawr | 10:00–11:15am

Wednesdays – Studio 54, Blackwood | 11:00–11:45am

Wednesdays – Bedwellty House & Park | 1:30–2:15pm

FlowMotion tickets

All classes must be booked via the booking link.

Our classes follow the academic calendar with special one off sessions during the holidays.

This means each term could vary in length, from 4 to 8 weeks.

Our tickets are sold in termly blocks, but if this is your first time to class we have a special try before you buy a block option.
