What to expect from our classes

​

The structure of a typical class looks like: -

​

  • Arrive, welcome and settle

  • Sometime to ground, centre and focus

  • Warm up, explore asana, and build a flow

  • Pranayama (Breathing techniques)

  • Meditation and Shavasana (relaxation)

All our classes are mixed ability where we introduce the poses (asana) and gradually build these into a dynamic and playful flow.

We will take time to explore the different asanas making them comfortable and familiar for your body, while creating a personal challenge and enjoying the freedom of breath and movement.

 

Yoga has many benefits and generally helps us to build strength, increase our flexibility, while improving our balance and maintaining our natural mobility.

 

There will also be elements of breath work, mediation and relaxation during the sessions. If this is not something you have tried before just come with an open mind and we can explore this together.

Please bring a yoga mat and blanket for relaxation and wear loose suitable clothing we will also be practising in bare feet.

​​

We respectively ask that all mobile phones are on silent with no vibration.

All classes must be booked via the booking link.

Our classes follow the academic calendar with special one off sessions during the holidays. 

This means each term could vary in length, from 4 to 8 weeks.

Our tickets are sold in termly blocks, or a Pay as You Go Option is available.

Please note: I am a small business and I can not offer refunds.
